While competition plates are designed for the platform, the Olympic Rubber Bumper Plate-T1 is designed for the daily grind. This is the premium “Training” bumper, bridging the gap between economy plates and elite discs. The key upgrade in the T1 model is the Hard Chrome Steel Center Hub. Unlike basic stainless inserts that can come loose, this robust hub insert ensures a secure bond with the rubber and provides a slick, durable surface for sliding onto the barbell.
