When dynamic lifting is the priority, the rotation speed of the bar becomes the critical factor. The Olympic Bar-T3 by Alex Athletics takes the durable foundation of the T2 and supercharges it with an upgraded bearing system. Instead of the standard 2-bearing setup, the T3 is equipped with 4 precision bearings per sleeve (plus bushings). This upgrade significantly reduces friction, allowing the sleeves to spin faster and more freely. For the athlete, this means a smoother turnover during the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, resulting in less stress on the wrists and elbows and a higher success rate on maximal lifts.
